If you have forgotten you password, the website administrator can reset your password. The web administrator is not able to tell you what your old password was, since this information is encrypted on the system. There is a link on the login panel located on the left sidebar that can be used to submit a request for a new password.
The next screen will allow you to enter your username or e-mail address. When you press the "E-mail new password button" an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account containing instructions on how to reset your password.
The e-mail you receive will look like the sample below.

This is a one-time login, so it can be used only once. It expires after one day and nothing will happen if it's not used.
Click on the link, a screen will open to allow you to log in with a temporary password that can be used only once..
Click on the Log in button. On the next screen enter your new password twice in the fields provided.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the save button to save your new password.
Your password has now been set to a new password.
